Management Groups
The same principles of measurement,
benchmarking, goal setting, accountability and follow
up that work in a Dealer 20 Group setting, also work
in our Managers Groups. We have two types of
Managers Groups. They are Variable Operations
Groups and Fixed Operations Groups. These groups
meet for one or two days and use the Performance composite. However,
the composite only has the portions of the composite
that apply to their operations.
In the Performance Group
meetings, the dealers get ideas and set game plans
to improve their operations. These
game plans are typically set in a specific department. However,
it is not unusual for the dealer to get verbal objections
from their managers. They get excuses and justifications
on why they can’t accomplish the objectives. If
this has ever happened to you, a Managers 20 Group
may be the answer.
Managers Groups allow your
managers to meet with their peers and they can discuss
problems
they are
having
with a group that has similar problems and solved the
problem.
Managers Groups allow dealership
to take their operations to the next level. During
these meetings, our professional moderators lead the
groups through
an
in-depth review of their operation. Game plans
are developed and goals are set. The accountability
comes through their monthly composite and the follow
up meetings. As in dealer group meetings, managers
don’t want to come to meetings without having
worked hard to achieve their objectives.
